With the selfish desire to be the most beautiful woman in the world, the most accomplished scientist, and the most famous hero in the world, three villains Atasha, Sekobitchi and Duwarusuki form an alliance. These three are Time Patrollers, tasked with protecting the order of history. Using their positions of power, they secretly work under a mysterious leader who is also trying to change history for his own ambitions. Only the young Time Patrollers Hikaru and Nana, disguised as the heroic Rescuemen, stand between the Endangerman and their evil goals...
