During the summer vacation of his first year of high school, 16 year old Masato Wakamatsu goes to a seaside inn with his friends to work part-time. His classmate, Miyuki Kashima, whom Masato has a crush on, also happens to be working the same job. After Masato makes a fool of himself in front of Miyuki, he approaches another pretty girl he meets at the beach. The two of them have great chemistry and promise to go on a date, but in fact, she turns out to be Miyuki Wakamatsu, his younger sister who is not related by blood, and has returned to Japan from overseas for the first time in six years.
