In the year 2099, Earth has experienced remarkable advancements thanks to the technology brought by the alien Metal Road. However, these advancements have also led to conflicts. In response to the fear of human barbarism, the aliens created a Sigma Barrier that enveloped the planet, keeping humans confined to Earth. This barrier limited air travel, giving rise to a high-speed road network and a vibrant automobile society.

Muu and Maya, who were once prisoners, now find themselves behind the wheel of the state-of-the-art machine "Circus I: Galbion." They are part of the private police team "Circus," led by the inspiring Rei Midoriyama, as they take on the secret organization Shadow, which is scheming for world domination. This mission offers them a chance for redemption and a brighter future!

-"Super High-Speed Garubion" was a robot anime produced by International Movie Company that aired on TV Asahi from February 3, 1984, to June 29, 1984, every Friday from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. It was the last robot anime produced by International Movie Company. Initially, it was planned for 4 cours (1 year), but due to the bankruptcy of its main sponsor, Takato Toy, it was abruptly canceled, and only 22 episodes were broadcast.
