A package that had been resting at the bottom of the sea for 38 years finally arrives at Sandy's house. Inside, there's a parcel that her missing grandfather sent to her grandmother, along with a koala stuffed toy. When Sandy rubs the toy's nose, it magically comes to life and introduces itself as Blinky. The fact that Blinky is alive is a secret known only to Sandy and her grandmother. Meanwhile, a somewhat spoiled koala girl named Printy appears, eager to take Blinky back to her dimension and hoping to become friends with Sandy.
