Sixty-three years into the future, the world faces a severe overpopulation crisis. To combat this, a law has been enacted that imposes the death penalty for having more than two children. In this critical time, a man known as the "Mega-Playboy" emerges, possessing DNA that irresistibly attracts women, resulting in him fathering children with over a hundred women, each of whom would contribute to the population surge with their inherited traits. In a bid to prevent the repercussions of his lineage, the government resolves to eliminate this man before his influence can expand further. To achieve this, they dispatch DNA Operator Karin Aoi back in time to alter his genetic makeup.
However, the man, Junta Momonari, is not a playboy at all; in fact, he’s allergic to girls. When Karin uses the DNA bullet on him, she thinks her mission is a success. But upon returning to the future, she discovers she mistakenly shot him with the wrong bullet—the one meant to create her ideal husband. This inadvertently awakens Junta's playboy side, and now Karin must return to fix her mistake before she can go back to the future.
