Metal Fight games have become the most popular televised sport worldwide, featuring 20-meter-tall piloted mechs competing for the title of world champion. A wandering metal driver named Ken Kurenai arrives in Japan with dreams of becoming a champion. By chance, he meets the brilliant engineer Shouko Saeba and becomes the pilot of her advanced prototype, the Red Baron. They quickly form a team, facing an army of rivals, including the Iron Mask Party, which is intent on uncovering the Red Baron's advanced secrets.
