Project Scard: Praeter no Kizu
In a town forsaken by its own country, the Atsuki Special Zone within Tokyo is beyond the reach of any law. Ravaged by years of corporations trading in arms and contraband, the only people left here are those who don't have the means to leave. With the aid of a Scard, evened orphaned youths can stand up to the modern weaponry used by organizations doing business within the district. Eiji is one of these youths, who leads the resistance organization Helios as protectors of the Atsuki Special Zone.
