Butareba: The Story of a Man Turned into a Pig
Buta no Liver wa Kanetsu Shiro
A 19 year old university student loses consciousness after eating a raw pork liver. When he awakens, he is in a pig-pen and has somehow been reincarnated as a pig. A girl named Jess appears and is somehow able to hear his inner thoughts. Realizing this is no ordinary pig, Jess releases him and they embark on an adventure together.
