One fateful day, high school student Koushi Shirota unexpectedly witnesses the student council president, Takane Takamine, in a vulnerable moment while hiding in a supply shed. Later, he learns that she scored a remarkable 98% on her test. To his surprise, she reveals a unique ability: by removing her underwear, she can rewind time. Since he has seen her secret, he gains the same power to travel back with her. She then asks him to support her by helping with her secret and to keep it hidden from everyone else.
