The story takes place in the Shiunji family in Setagaya, Tokyo. The eldest son, Arata, has a crush on his classmate, but he’s too shy to express his feelings. While others tease him about his beautiful sisters, Arata has never had much luck in love and believe he will remain single for the foreseeable future. Just before a birthday party for their youngest sister, their father reveals a shocking truth: he and his siblings aren't related by blood. In this unexpected situation, the Shiunji family childrens' feelings for one another begin to change.
