In this world, an endless battle is fought invading demi-human tribes that seek to conquer human territories. Kai, a young soldier from Rag Village, unexpectedly begins to recall memories from a past life during a battle. Although he attempts to use magic inspired by fantasy stories, he can only manage to cast very weak spells. His magical talents catch the attention of Jose, who then takes him under his wing for training. After the nearby village faces an attack from the Pigman tribe, Kai rushes to help, but during the conflict, he accidentally falls into a caldera-like valley. There, he receives a blessing from the land god, significantly enhancing his magical abilities and physical strength. Despite his origin as a simple villager, Kai begins to develop a power beyond his comprehension in order to navigate this ruthlessly unforgiving world.
