In the land of Yamato, the seasons changed thanks to living gods who were given special powers by their respective seasonal deities and served as their representatives. However, ten years ago, the spring proxy, Hinagiku Kayou, was kidnapped by a terrorist group, causing spring to vanish from the world. Just when people were starting to forget about spring, Kayou made her return. Now, Kayou and her bodyguard, Sakura Himedaka, team up to restore the lost season.
