Tokyo, Shinjuku, a bustling metropolis brimming with desires. The protagonist, Ryo Saeba, alongside his former detective partner Hideyuki Makimura, operates as a "sweeper," addressing issues that cannot be resolved publicly at the behest of their clients. However, Makimura is murdered for declining a proposal from the international criminal organization Union Teope, which controls the drug Angel Dust.
Following this tragedy, Ryo teams up with Makimura's stepsister, Kaori Makimura, as his new partner. He primarily takes on challenging requests from attractive women, all while attempting to charm his female clients and enduring Kaori's hammer strikes, as he skillfully navigates each case.
