Norakuro-kun

Loosely based on the original 1931 manga, which portrays the central character Norakuro serving in an army of dogs known as the "Fierce Dogs Regiment," reminiscent of the Imperial Japanese Army of that era. After the war, due to the popularity of the work, the character returned in various civilian roles in everyday life.

Set in a fictional Japan where humans and dogs thrive together, Kurokichi (Captain Norakuro) from the Norayama family and his grandson Norakuro find themselves living with the Kinoshita family by a twist of fate. This story shows the daily life of a boy and his companion Norakuro-kun during the bubble era.
