Tsuide ni Tonchinkan

This slapstick comedy takes place in Rainbow Town and follows the Phantom Thief Tonchinkan, a crew of four thieves. Nukusaku, their leader, always gives a heads-up to their targets before pulling off a heist. Their motto is: We stick to our word, and we don’t hurt anyone, even when we steal. But the stuff they take is usually cheap and worthless, and even though they commit a bunch of crimes, the total damage is under 10,000 yen. The chief of the Greater Japan Police Station doesn’t take them seriously because their crimes are so minor, and even their rival, the phantom thief Anponton, mocks them, saying, “You’re so cheap; the stuff you steal isn’t worth anything.” A lot of what they target actually belongs to Nukusaku, but they sometimes steal for others or help catch criminals. The other three members can also contribute by teaming up to unleash the "Henokappa" energy wave, which works on almost everyone except their landlady.
