In the city of Soba, the Notredamas XI gang, driven by their ambition to conquer the world, creates synthetic beasts inspired by the Great Prophecy Book of Notredamas. Their misguided attempts to fulfill the prophecy often lead to chaos, yet their actions constantly disrupt the lives of the townspeople, no matter how absurd their plans may seem.

Rising against the Notredamas XI gang is Ageda Man, a 4th-grade student from Planet Hero who is visiting Morisoba City with his robotic computer companion Wapro. Originally visiting Earth for a summer vacation, he finds himself compelled to defend peace in the face of unexpected evil.

Thus unfolds the intense yet comical clash between Ageda Man and the Notredamas XI gang, a battle that resonates through the heart of the town.
