In the year 180 AD, China faced turmoil marked by widespread famine, rampant banditry, and corruption among its leaders. Amidst this chaos, Zhang Jiao, the head of the folk religion Taiping Dao, along with his brothers Zhang Bao and Zhang Liang, initiated the Yellow Turban Rebellion with the intention of toppling the Later Han Dynasty. Yet, their actions mirrored those of the very bandits they sought to oppose, leading to further suffering and loss for the people.

In response to this turmoil, Liu Bei Gentoku sworn forged a brotherhood with Guan Yu Unchou and Zhang Fei Yoku, rallying a volunteer army to confront the Yellow Turban rebels. This story unfolds on an epic scale, weaving through the lives of historical figures like his greatest rival, Cao Cao, and the illustrious Sun family, including Sun Jian, alongside other warlords in a saga of strife and valor.
