Kitsutsuki Tanteidokoro
Set during the Meiji Era, this story chronicles the fictionalized exploits of the poet Takuboku Ishikawa and the linguist Kyosuke Kindaichi. When Takuboku establishes the Woodpecker Detective Agency as a side job to support his family, he recruits his friend Kyosuke to help investigate rumors about a ghost sighting at the Ryounkaku Tower. This marks the beginning of a series of mysteries that the duo will unravel in Meiji Japan.
