9-Nine: Ruler's Crown
In the quiet college town of Shiromitsugawa, Kakeru Niimi was enjoying a tranquil life as an ordinary student. However, everything changed when a massive earthquake struck, damaging the sacred treasures of the Hakujin Tsukumo Shrine. This event opened a rift to another world, allowing the scattered Artifacts to grant superhuman abilities to their bearers. Using this newfound power, one of these new Artifact Users turns out to be a serial killer. Kakeru's peaceful days come to an end as his classmate Miyako Kujo enlists him to help discover the identity of the killer.
