Shabake
Set in the Edo period, Ichitaro is the heir to the great Nagasakiya merchant house, but he is physically weak and is rarely able to go outside. Concerned for his well-being, his grandfather Isaburo introduces two boys, Nikichi and Sasuke, to act as his older brothers. Unbeknownst to others, these two are actually the disguised yokai Shirasawa and Inugami. As Ichitaro turns seventeen, he manages to escape the watchful eyes of his guardians and embarks on an adventure of his own. Alongside the two yokai, they collaborate to tackle various cases, pooling their resources to unravel mysteries together.
