Juzo Ogami is a legenday hitman working for the Z.O.O. assassin syndicate. He may be pushing pushing 40 but he can still accomplish any difficult request. While on a mission targeting criminal pharmaceutical operation, he gets a stung by a mysterious bee and is astonished to find that it has altered his DNA, reverting him back into his 13-year-old self. Since he can no longer work as a hitman due to his new form, Juzo receives a surprising command from the head of Z.O.O. As a student, he is to infiltrate the middle school where the head's daughter is set to attend an assess its safety. For someone with no formal education, this may be Juzo's toughest mission yet, but when he encounters Noren Mitsuoka, the heiress of that fated pharmaceutical company, a unique opportunity presents itself for returning to normal.
