Mebius Dust

n the aftermath of a meteorite impact ten years ago, Mebius Dust, mysterious particles emitted from giant crystals, has manifested special abilities called "Lams" in some children. These children, known as Lams Carriers, can only survive within the area covered by the Mebius Dust and are forbidden from leaving the town of Shinkatsushika. As if to vent their frustration about being confined, the Lams Carriers dive into games where they use their abilities to compete for territory in teams. Araki, a high school student, is one of these children. He spends his nights playing these games with his younger sister Stella, his childhood friend Olga, and their teammates in "Police Hopper." One day, they meet Dr. Yuda, a researcher studying Lams, who asks for their help with a particular experiment. Little do Araki and his friends realize that the choice they are about to make will change their own destinies.
