At their middle school, Pyontaro Tezuka, Hiroshi Ochanomizu, and Tsubame Azuma are collectively knows as the Small Three. One day while playing with a mysterious disc from their teacher, the trio accidentally discovers a parallel world, which pulls in Pyontaro's younger sister, Futaba, and their pet dog. Now, the Small Three must join forces with the people of this parallel world to rescue Futaba and confront the aliens that hold her captive.
